THE PUZZLE AERIE:
BIRD RHYMES

(Note:This puzzle was suggested to me by Jack Sanders, columnist for several Connecticut newspapers and author of several books about the outdoors. His most recent book, The Internet Guide to Birds and Birding, published by McGraw-Hill in November 1999, contains some very kind words about our Chapter web site and much useful information about birding sites on the web.

While checking out some information about our chapter web site, Jack mentioned that he'd come across a puzzle on the Yakima, WA Audubon web page

www.audubon.org/chapter/wa/yakima/riddle.htm. What I found there led to this one.)
